Penny Hollington, founder and director of Hollington Associates, has 27 years experience in the recruitment market in Essex and London. Prior to setting up Hollington Associates, Penny worked for both Corporate and Independent recruitment agencies, specialising in the office support market. She has worked with multinational companies, medium size enterprises and small family run organisations, and so fully understands the importance of tailoring her service for each individual need.

“I was driven to set up Hollington Associates to be able to demonstrate to local companies that working with an experienced recruiter can add true value to their business. So many people I have met who have used recruiters before had not had the best of experiences, they felt that they were expensive, hadn’t listened to what they wanted, and not delivered on their promises.

I am delighted and very proud to now work with a number of companies on a regular basis. I understand what they need so can ensure that we always find them the very best people, people who will fit in to their organisations, have the right motivators and career aspirations, and will help drive their businesses forward.”

I support a number of organisations in the Brentwood Community, serving as a Trustee of Brentwood Theatre and being an Ambassador for SNAP which includes volunteering and taking part at various fundraising events.
